Born + Raised

In Porto,

Working Across

Places, people,

and environments.

I explore how places, people, and atmosphere shape one another.

[ Practice ]

My work focuses on the quieter side of the world: the moments between presence and absence, motion and stillness.

I’m drawn to liminal places, atmosphere, and the subtle relationships between people, environments, and change.

I work across long-form personal projects, editorial commissions, and selected field-based assignments shaped by place, atmosphere, and quiet change.

[ PORTO-ROOTED + WORKING ACROSS PORTUGAL & BEYOND ]

[ Approach ]

Photography is at the center of my practice. What matters most to me is attention. Light, rhythm, behavior, atmosphere, and the way people, animals, and environments shape one another.

[ 01 — Observation ]

Paying attention to what is already there. Light changing across a surface. A pause in movement. The small details that give a place or moment its weight.

[ 02 — Intention ]

Trying to make clear decisions in framing, timing, and edit. Keeping things simple enough for the subject to stay honest.

[ 03 —Fieldwork ]

Following stories through place, movement, and change. Sometimes through long-form personal work, sometimes through editorial commissions and selected assignments.

[ Trusted & Featured By ]

I’ve worked with teams, institutions, and projects that value care, trust, and thoughtful documentation
